This Timberwolf lead incorporates a self-closing choke collar design rather than a metal snap hook. Pulling the lead closed to fit the dog's neck, and sliding the leather stop in place creates the collar. This is one of their lightest leashes and is excellent for applications where a dog pulls heavily, or must be placed on leash quickly. The Alpine Quick-Hitch Lead incorporates the unique neoprene rubber grip handle, making this lead incredibly comfortable, and extremely convenient to use.
